Final Sale Policy
Because our products are topical cosmetic creams, all orders are considered final once they leave our warehouse. We cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons. This aligns with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt personal hygiene products from standard cancellation once unsealed.
30-Day Fault and Error Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or contains the wrong product, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or provide a full refund. To be eligible:
- Report the problem within 30 days of receiving the parcel
- Include a clear photograph showing the damage or incorrect item
- Keep original packaging where possible
How to Start a Claim
Email info@tktxorigional.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to reply within 2 working days. Please do not post items back without contacting us first.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once it has been handed to Royal Mail, cancellation is no longer possible. Email us as quickly as you can if you need to cancel.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add a few extra days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is sent.
When We Cannot Refund
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after the order has shipped
- Products that have been opened, applied, or tampered with
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery
- Royal Mail delays or events outside our control
- Orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout
