Shipping Policy

Every order is dispatched from within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail. We work to get your numbing cream to you as fast as possible. Check our delivery options and estimated timescales below.

When We Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) ship the same day. Anything placed after 2:00 PM or at the weekend goes out the next working day.

A dispatch confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable) is sent once your parcel is on its way.

Free Delivery Threshold

Spend £25 or more and standard shipping is on us. The discount applies automatically at checkout.

Where We Ship

We deliver to UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). International shipping is not currently offered. Deliveries to remote postcodes (Scottish Highlands, islands) may occasionally take a little longer via Royal Mail.

Order Tracking

Tracked services come with a Royal Mail tracking number included in your dispatch email. Track your parcel at royalmail.com. Standard 2nd Class post does not include tracking.

Discreet Packaging

All parcels are sent in plain, unmarked packaging. Nothing on the outside reveals what is inside. Your privacy is important to us.

Missing or Late Parcels

Royal Mail treats a parcel as lost after 10 working days (1st Class) or 15 working days (2nd Class) from dispatch. If yours has not turned up after those timeframes, get in touch and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Wrong Address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we will try to update it before dispatch.
